This article provides instructions for onboarding hub/lock/device using an existing SmartThings account into your DACK portal. For the first time setting up a hub/lock/device, use this article.
Some tips for your hubs and devices:
Use names for your hubs and locks that can easily identify the property in which they belong.
Create a new SmartThings "Location" for each unique listing/property.
Onboarding a SmartThings Hub into DACK
Navigate to the IOT Devices screen on the Operator Dashboard and select Add IoT.
Select the brand of hub from the section marked "Hubs".
For the field labeled "SmartThings Access Token," it should auto-populate with the previously entered SmartThings API token. Note: if you have multiple Samsung Smartthings accounts, make sure the correct API Token is entered.
For the field labeled "Device ID" please paste the device ID for the hub.
In order to retrieve the Device ID, please navigate to the specific hub in SmartThings, click on it and copy the ID:

Select Verify Device ID to sync the provided details.
Select Next and your hub and connected devices will sync into your Dashboard.
Your hub and connected devices, including locks, will be viewable in the DACK Operator Dashboard on the IOT Devices screen. Select the hub and assign it to its respective unit. Repeat for each device connected to the hub.

In some cases where the device is not showing as connected/online in DACK, you will need to delete the device and onboard the device separately.
