Enabling DACK Booking will allow DACK App users to search through your listings and either inquire or book instantly right in the app.
If you are using Guesty, here are the steps you need to enable DACK Booking:
Login to your Guesty account. Go to Integrations> Distributions and select Guesty Booking Engine API:
Select Create A Booking Engine API Instance
Add a Business Name (ex. DACK), Choose which listing to include and/ or exclude, and select whether you would like to receive Inquiries, Instant Bookings or Both. NOTE: selecting "Both" will allow you to be more flexible with your booking settings in the DACK operator portal (more info in step 10)
Select Save
Once saved, Select Show API Tokens.
In a new browser tab, login to your DACK operator portal
Go to Account Settings> Integrations> Guesty
Paste your Booking Engine Client ID and Secret from Step 5. Then click Save
Go to Booking> Booking Settings and click the Edit button in the upper right corner
Check the box to Enable Direct Booking then select whether you would like us to send you Inquiries or Instant Bookings. NOTE: This should match what you selected in Step 4. If you chose "Both" in Guesty, you will be able to select either one and update this as needed. Select Save
If you are using a separate Stripe account for Upsells and Bookings, please let your DACK Account Manager know so that we can connect the same Stripe account used in Guesty. This is required.
